▹ Kåsjön, Partille/Öjersjö GOTHENBURG SWEDEN. We will meet at Kåsjön's swimming area (Kåsjön Badplats) and walk together to the event/camp site, about 10 min walk.

▹ If you are driving, there is a large parking lot at Åstebo. It is about a 10-minute walk from the parking lot to Kåsjön Badplats.
WHAT TO BRING:
⚘ Light coloured comfortable clothes that are easy to move in, e.g. your favorite yoga tights or soft pants, kimono, kaftan or similar.
⚘ Comfortable shoes and a warm jacket/blanket, if it gets cold in the evening
⚘ Your rhythm, your instruments, your energy
⚘ A dish or snack to share in community
⚘ Water/Bewerage (non-alcohol)
⚘ Journal and pen

With a heart full of wanderlust, Pernille's love for traveling has deeply influenced her approach to teaching, hosting international retreats, and leading transformative experiences in some of the world’s most serene and inspiring locations. She specializes in guiding women’s retreats, where embodiement, nature, and sisterhood come together to create a nourishing and empowering environment for personal growth.
Having hosted several international retreats, along with women’s circles, moon circles, and cacao ceremonies in both Sweden and Norway, Pernille creates spaces where women can tap into their inner strength, embrace their femininity, and feel supported by a community of like-minded souls.
