Join Nova Scotia’s oldest registered paranormal society for an unforgettable night of mystery and exploration at the Ottawa House By-the-Sea Museum, 1155 Whitehall Rd. This year, A Haunting by the Sea will host a smaller group for a more intimate experience, giving every guest more time with our investigators and a chance to truly immerse themselves in the unknown.

We’ve listened to the valuable feedback from past attendees, and we’re always striving to make this event even better. This year, expect a more personal and engaging evening designed to bring you closer to the investigators, the history, and—if we’re lucky—the spirits of Ottawa House.

Step into the shoes of a real ghost hunter! Learn how our team investigates the paranormal, discover the equipment we use, and try it out for yourself in one of Nova Scotia’s most historic and haunted seaside locations. Whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or simply curious, this eerie adventure is sure to leave you with chills, stories, and maybe even your own unexplained encounter.

Proceeds will support Paranormal Phenomena Research & Investigation (PPRI), a registered nonprofit organization, and the Ottawa House By-the-Sea Museum.
