The dark of the year calls us to let go of that which does not aid us... Whatever you wish to have gone from your life- Any Toxic ties, old beliefs, limiting thoughts and negative situations will all go into the Cauldron and we will release, transmute and heal together. Using Dr Gabor’s Method Of Psychotherapy called Compassionate Inquiry that I hold a certificate in, we will process or let go of old traumas in this circle too 🔥
We will gather with a smoke bath of herbs for cleansing and clearing, enjoy a welcoming ceremony and create a safe space for us all.
Specific herbs will be used and made into teas for this intention. The evening will end with chocolate Savasana and our Creative Visualization Meditation.
