Mountain Retreat 2026: The Supreme Heart Jewel

With Gen Kelsang Wangpo and Gen Kelsang Chenma for Part 1, and Gen Kelsang Demo for Part 2.

Friday, January 2 – Thursday, February 12

This retreat focuses on the heart practices of Kadampa Buddhism. The first 3 weeks are on
* Heart Jewel,
* the Migtsema Prayer, and
* Lamrim.

The last 3 weeks are on the Yoga of Buddha Heruka
* Generation stage (2 weeks)
* Completion stage
