Mixed Level Pole

Perfect for anyone wanting a mixture of new pole moves to add to their growing knowledge and increasing your pole strength, with extra emphasis on building your muscle memory and foundation in creating routines.

✨️Every class will offer different moves so they’re great to repeat.

✨️Anyone level 1 or 1.5 can attend these classes, being that you’ve at least taken one pole class (static).
