Low Flow at The Wellness Loft

Step into a space of self-expression, strength, and sensuality. Low Flow is a floorwork-based movement class designed to awaken your confidence and connect you to the rhythm of your body. Through intentional, fluid movements, you'll explore foundational techniques that build strength, grace, and comfort in self-expression—all while moving low to the ground in a supportive, empowering environment.
This class is perfect for those new to movement-based flow, offering a beautiful introduction to the art of embodied dance before transitioning to our pole classes. No experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to move!
