Composition Pole 4 Week Series Level 1

As part of the Embodied Flow series, join us for the 4-week series, Composition Pole: Rising Into Flow.

Unlock new levels of strength, fluidity, and self-expression in Composition Pole. This class builds on your foundation, introducing dynamic transitions, graceful flow, and essential climbing techniques to elevate your practice. With a focus on core engagement and flexibility, you’ll learn to move with confidence, control, and artistry—preparing your body and mind for the next level of exploration.

✨Pre-requisite: Pole Elementals on October 1st is strongly encouraged for new beginners and getting familiar with basics.

✨Saturdays, October 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th. 2-3:30pm. $70. Registration required (including signed waiver. Limited to 9 people.
