SENSORY-FRIENDLY OPEN GYM Ages 1-13YO
We’re excited to invite children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and other neurodivergent children to a special event designed just for them! Our goal is to create a welcoming, safe and inclusive atmosphere where everyone can have fun and connect.
What Can You Expect?
✨ $10 fee for entry (participant only)
✨ Session is 60 minutes long, and you’re welcome to come and go as you please
✨ Maximum of 6 participants for a relaxed experience
✨ Overhead lights will be kept off for a calming atmosphere
✨ Music will be low and limited to soothing instrumental sounds
✨ An activity table will be available for breaks from physical play
✨ Explore the gym, try out the equipment, and meet Kidz Gym instructors
✨ This is a parent and child interactive event. Guardians are expected to accompany child on the floor.

🏠 5,000 sq ft of open warehouse gym space
🚻 3 fully equipped accessible restrooms
🚻 Drinking fountains and water bottle filling station
🛋️ Full surround seating for caretakers
🎨 Activity tables at the front for sensory breaks
