Join me for an unforgettable cheese making experience just in time for Thanksgiving! Our Brie-making class offers the unique opportunity to create Brie (or feta) for your holiday celebration. Your handmade cheese will be ready to share with family and friends on Thanksgiving Day. The class will also feature preparing yogurt or butter, meeting our friendly farm animals, and discovering the cheese cave. A charcuterie for a light lunch will be served during the class. Join me in my homestead kitchen on November 22nd from 11-3pm for fun day of learning, laughing and friendship making ! Please reserve your spot, as space is limited. The cost is $50 per person.
