This Saturday, 08/23/2025 at 06:00 AM, the men of F3 Leadbelt are heading to the Mineral Area College Soccer Field (5270 Flat River Rd, Park Hills, MO) for another free men’s workout! 💪
This won’t be your average workout—we’re mixing in a fun sport like Ultimate Frisbee, Football, or Soccer along with the exercises. It’s a great way to get moving, compete a little, and laugh a lot while still getting a solid workout in.
This is an awesome chance to:
✅ Gauge interest in Park Hills as a future F3 site
✅ Experience a free, peer-led workout designed for men of all fitness levels
✅ Build fitness, fellowship, and faith alongside other men in the community
