Exploring The Trauma of Money: A Fireside Chat and Book Signing

SheMoney is proud to partner with Chantel Chapman, author of The Trauma of Money™ and JPMorgan Chase, to offer an event experience that goes far beyond a traditional book discussion.

Timed shortly after the release of Chantel’s ground-breaking book, this gathering offers an intimate exploration of how trauma—generational, relational, societal, and systemic—shapes our financial behaviors. Rooted in The Trauma of Money™ Method, Chantel’s work blends psychology, neuroscience, and systemic analysis to provide trauma-aware frameworks and tools designed to reduce financial shame, interrupt harmful money and leadership patterns, and help us reclaim our agency.

This book is both a healing resource and a practical toolkit for reshaping our relationship with money and increasing overall wellness. Featuring wisdom from thought leaders such as Akilah Riley Richardson, Jaime Gloshay, Gabor Maté, Farnoosh Torabi, and others, The Trauma of Money™ invites us to reimagine what’s possible in our financial lives.
