Your guide dogs are welcome on the buses.
Your pets are welcome, as long as they’re safely secured in a suitable transport box and positioned near your knees.
Infants under 4 years can travel for free, but a ticket is still required. It is recommended that they remain seated on the accompanying adult’s lap.
The night tour is closed from Nov 21 to Jan 2 and is replaced by a Christmas tour.
You can use your tickets on any day before the tour date. However, just keep in mind that they cannot be redeemed if the first day of travel has already passed.
