The Panthéon, designed by Jacques-Germain Soufflot, stands as a monumental tribute to French history and culture. Completed in the late 18th century, it serves as the final resting place for over 70 influential figures, including Voltaire, Rousseau, and Marie Curie.

What’s not allowed
Consumption of food or drinks is not permitted inside the Panthéon.
Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the monument for security reasons.
Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
Accessibility
The Panthéon is wheelchair accessible with designated entrances and an exterior ramp providing access to part of the nave.
Accessible restrooms are available on site. Staff are available to assist visitors with mobility needs.

Free entrance is available for visitors under 18 years of age and EU citizens under 26 with a valid photo ID.
Free entrance is offered on the first Sunday of January, February, March, November, and December, and during European Heritage Days (3rd weekend of September).
The last admission to the Panthéon is 45 minutes before closing time.
The Panthéon is closed on January 1, May 1, June 5 (opens at 12pm,), and December 25. The attraction closes at 4pm on December 24 and 31.
Audio guides are available for a small fee (€3) at the monument.
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time if your ticket includes a guided tour.
