What to bring
Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the departure point.
Wear comfortable walking shoes, as you will be exploring gardens, villages, and shopping areas.
Dress appropriately for the weather. A jacket or umbrella is recommended in case of rain.
Bring any personal essentials you may need for a full day trip, as the tour lasts approximately 9 hours.
What’s not allowed
Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed on the shuttle or in the venues.
Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Smoking is not allowed inside the shuttle or in indoor areas of the venues.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure at the meeting point: outside Hotel Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel, 18 Avenue de Suffren, 75015 Paris. The nearest Metro is Bir Hakeim.
A member of the team will provide the day’s program and meeting points before departure.
Meals are not included. However, you will receive a €5 discount in participating restaurants (per adult) and a 10% Discount Pass valid in participating stores.
A hot drink (autumn/winter) or ice cream (spring/summer) is included on arrival at the shopping center.
