This year's program starts with a fantastic opening night with two amazing headliners. The best Belgian pop band of the moment, Marble Sounds, with his leader Pieter Van Dessel, will introduce their new LP, Memory Core, to the French audience. Those talented cousins of Belle and Sebastian and the Go-Betweens, will play in a trio formula.
Then, we will have, more than fifteen years after their last Parisian appearance, London's cult favorites The Woodentops. Labelmates of The Smiths on Rough Trade, John Peel favorites, Rolo Mc Ginty’s band is as rare as it is precious. Their back catalog (4 LPS in… 40 years or so) is as remarkable and fresh as their last LP, Fruits of The Deep (2024), was inventive. You can dance, love, crave or cry on their wonderful songs from Good Thing to Dream On. And they are coming to us with a full band and good intentions.
The Festival Outsiders is 100% independent with low prices. 15 euros per night for 2 or 3 bands. 36 euros – 3-day pass.
