Music As Refuge: finding safety in song for self and community

In this participatory gathering, Peaceful Means (Leah Boyd and Heather Pierson) will guide an exploration of nonviolent concepts and principles through the sharing of songs and music, interactive learning exercises, and deep listening. No musical experience necessary - all who are curious about the power of music to immediately create a space for safety and community are welcome!
