Who should attend?Qlucore Omics Explorer is a powerful tool available at the Institut Pasteur’s Single Cell Biomarker UTechS. It enables users to perform advanced statistical analysis on large datasets—without requiring programming knowledge. With its intuitive, interactive interface and optimized for bench scientists, it’s the perfect tool for hands-on researchers.

Training Details:We are offering two hands-on sessions covering beginner and advanced topics. Choose the session that best fits your experience.

This session will cover:

• Data import and management
• Key statistical analyses
• Visualization & result reporting
• PCA, heatmaps, bar plots, violin plots, and more
• Exploratory data analysis
• Discovering hidden patterns and grouping

This session will dive deeper into:

• New features in Version 3.10
• Multi-omics analysis (via correlation methods)
• Pathway analysis (GSEA integration) and integration

Requirements:Please bring a laptop pre-loaded with Qlucore Omics Explorer. A special training license will be provided before the event.
