Brant Buttterflies: creativity taking flight!
This playful and cheerful installation has been created to bring whimsy and beauty to corners of Brant, made by Paris artist Patti Gallant out of up-cycled and recycled materials. An installation for everyone, the Brant Butterflies fly in spots and corners that benefit from the lift of street art and bring energy to even the darkest spots; a reminder that art is for all and everywhere needs art.
Brant Butterflies are handmade, big and happy butterflies that are mounted in trees, over streets, in doorways and wherever they can take flight; they can be positioned individually or in clusters, there will be a minimum of ten terrific Brant Butterflies for you to discover as you explore the County of Brant this Fall!
The Brant Butterflies will fly from the beginning of Culture Days 2025 and soar until the event wraps in October, come see the Brant Butterflies and be inspired by nature's and community art.
