📸✨ Join us for a powerful morning of storytelling, spirituality, and visual anthropology!
This Saturday, September 20 at 11:00 AM, Readytex Art Gallery proudly welcomes Woosler Delisfort — a Houngan (Haitian Vodou priest), documentary photographer, filmmaker, and visual anthropologist — for an intimate artist talk and presentation.
Born and raised in Miami’s Little Haiti, Delisfort’s work explores sacred spaces across the African diaspora, from Vodou temples in Haiti to Egungun masquerades in Benin. His lens captures not just images, but living traditions, ancestral memory, and the enduring spirit of Black and Caribbean communities.
This is a unique opportunity to experience Delisfort’s deeply moving visual and spiritual practice, and to hear firsthand how he navigates the worlds of ritual, documentary, and cultural preservation.
