Walk Talk Kernow - Stroll from Par Running Track

Walk Talk Kernow’ is a FREE adult bereavement support group run by Cornwall Hospice Care. Whilst walking in nature, each group provides a space for those who are bereaved and seeking social connections with others who are also experiencing grief.
Join us for our stroll through Par to the footpaths through Par Sands Holiday Park, along the beach and duck pond returning to the café for refreshments. The walk is approximately 1 mile, mainly flat, starting on pavements and then a well surfaced pathway and sandy beach.
Meeting point outside the café at the tables at 10 am on the 4th July for registration. Ample parking available.
Suitable clothes and footwear essential, depending on the weather.
