Starting 22nd August: Small Group PT for runners at Par Track!
What? A strength training course JUST for runners, to enable you to run further, faster and injury-free. The course will be delivered in 6-week training blocks and will cover a whole heap of topics from single-legged power to how to avoid shin splints!
When? Every Friday morning at 7:45am, starting on 22nd August.
Where? at Par Track - Run Ride Relax Repeat. Free car parking!
Who? This is suitable for any level of runner, from seasoned marathoner to couch-to-5km. Although it's a group course, I'll be making sure everyone gets their programmes individually tailored!
The course is delivered by me, Cat: a full time running coach and PT and former British Army Athlete, who's competed at high level but more importantly has an incredible passion for running at all levels.
