What does this workshop include?
This is a great workshop for anyone wanting to try out rug tufting. On the day you will be making a 40cm x 40cm rug which can either be used for the floor or as a wall hanging. You will be learning how to use the tufting machine safely to create your own masterpiece.
There will be a selection of images you can choose from on the day and then you choose the colours of wool you want to work with. The majority of your workshop will be focused on tufting your rug before gluing, drying and shaping your work ready to display.
Please note that this workshop is only for 16 year olds and above.
There will be wool dust from the process and masks are available on the day should you wish to wear them.
