Discover how to access subtle energies through posture, movement, and breath in Judith’s two transformative workshops.
In all areas of her working life, Judith has focused on helping people to help themselves, giving them strategies and techniques to manage and start to overcome the impact of stress in their lives.
Judith worked as a Speech and Language Therapist for 45 years in a number of clinical settings and schools. She is a qualified and experienced yoga teacher. Over the years, she has trained as a counsellor and hypnotherapist, using neuro-linguistic programming to support people with a variety of stress-related symptoms. She has been a director of a personal development training organisation, and in this capacity, provided training to companies and organisations, teaching them how best to support their staff with stress and anxiety in the workplace.
As a communication specialist, she began working with the police and justice system. As a Registered Intermediary, she assesses victims and witnesses with communication difficulties, enabling them to provide their best evidence in police interviews and at court. Within this area of work, she has developed additional qualifications and experience in supporting people to deal with anxiety, stress and trauma.
