This is a great six week course that will enable you to learn the basics of patchwork. Each week we will work on a different project that can be incorporated into a blanket.
We will commence the course looking fabric choices, rotary cutters and rulers, along with how to perfect seams using your sewing machine. Over the course we will look at different blocks using your sewing machine, which you can create and implement into your blanket. We will also work on applique to add to your blocks. Linda from the LilyBoo team will join us later in the course to cover hand stitching with English paper piercing with hexagons.
We will wrap up the course looking at how to back your blanket and bind it.
Please note that this workshop commences on the 10th February and runs for 6 weeks until the 17th March from 6pm to 8.30pm each week.
