I’m delighted to share that we’re starting two new weekly therapy groups this November 2025.

These groups are open to adults (both men and women) who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a safe space to reflect and grow. Whether you’re dealing with stress or anxiety, going through a tough time, navigating relationship struggles, or feeling disconnected from yourself, you’re welcome.

Group therapy offers a unique and powerful way to work through these challenges alongside others who are on their own journeys. It’s a space for connection, reflection, and support where you can be yourself and begin to move forward.

The group might be helpful if you are:
• Feeling anxious or emotionally overwhelmed
• Going through a difficult period or major life changes
• Wanting to improve how you relate to others
• Exploring personal growth and self-understanding
• Hoping to feel more in control and more at ease in yourself

• Choose either Tuesdays 20:00 to 21:30 or Thursdays 20:00 to 21:30
