Join us for a gentle start to your Sunday morning with a yoga class right by the beach. This class will offer opportunities for mindful practice, connecting movement with breath awareness and attentiveness to what your body needs. Chances to challenge yourself will be given for those that want them!
We will run in all weather except heavy rain, so please wear clothing to suit the temperature on the day. Layers, sunnies and sunblock recommended!
