Dog adoption day!

🐾🎉 It’s International Dog Day and we’re ready to paw-ty! 🎉🐾

Auckland Council Adoptable Animals and The Beer Spot Papakura are joining forces this Saturday 30th August 2025 from 1pm – 3pm to celebrate in true doggy style.

Come grab a drink, scratch some ears, and meet a bunch of our waggy-tailed adoption dogs. Warning: there’s a serious chance you’ll leave with muddy paw prints on your heart (and maybe your jeans 🐶💛).

So fetch your friends, bring the whānau, and join us for an afternoon full of wags, wiggles, and maybe even a forever match.
