Now there is practical help from the field of brain neuroscience to teach us how we can rewire our brains (physically) and reprogram destructive thought patterns, aligning with God’s truth and making our thoughts obedient to Christ.

**Understand the importance of a disciplined thought life and how it influences the whole person.
