Reiki Level 1 Workshop

This two-session course will be the perfect grounding for your first attunement to Reiki. Starting from the very basics of energy therapy the course introduces you to Reiki energy from Dr Usui's lineage. It is also good for people who want to practise Reiki.
You will learn how to treat yourself, to trust in your intuition and heal current and past imbalances. You will be able to give Reiki to others in a non-professional capacity, including pets, plants and places.
Through Reiki you learn how to go with the flow, how to open up to more light in your life and to supercharge it. If you want to become a practising energy therapist, this is the perfect first step. This course includes a take home workbook with session notes, meditations, a certificate of completion and ongoing support throughout your journey. Ongoing practice sessions and support.
Vanny Vella is a warranted teacher, Reiki Master, accredited MBCT trainer (Mindfulness based cognitive trainer) and intuitive complementary therapist. She comes from the lineage of Dr Usui.
