👟The Gold Silver Sneaker program offers a class tailored for older adults, concentrating on cardiovascular health, muscle toning, balance, and flexibility.
💙Its objectives are to support an independent lifestyle, decrease the risk of falls and fractures, lower the chances of developing heart disease, colon cancer, and diabetes, reduce blood pressure, enhance strength and stamina, alleviate anxiety and depression, maintain the health of muscles, joints, and bones, and manage arthritis-related pain and inflammation.
