Gold Silver Sneaker

Come join the Gold Silver Sneaker Program, a fitness class designed specifically for older adults. This class focuses on cardiovascular health, muscle toning, balance, and flexibility to help support an active and independent lifestyle.

Participants benefit from improved strength and stamina, reduced risk of falls and fractures, better heart health, lower blood pressure, and support in managing arthritis-related pain and inflammation. The program also helps reduce anxiety and depression while keeping muscles, joints, and bones healthy.

👟 Led by Instructor Olga Correa, this class is a great way to stay active, feel stronger, and connect with your community.
