Taijiquan (Tai Chi) is both a gentle movement practice and a living philosophy, designed to cultivate balance, stability, and harmony through mindful motion.
This class focuses on slow, intentional movements and standing exercises that help open and expand the joints, elongate the spine, and improve posture and body awareness. Through guided static and moving drills, students learn to move with greater efficiency, ease, and grounding. As the practice develops, partner-based exercises may be introduced to explore alignment, structure, and balance in motion.
