Colón Community Support Fund

Colón is home to a deeply rooted Afro-descendant community that has shaped Panama’s culture, creativity, and history — yet it’s often overlooked by travelers.

The Flava Fest Colón Community Support Fund is an optional donation opportunity for those attending Flava Fest, as well as supporters who may not be traveling but still want to contribute.

All contributions help us:

• Support locally owned businesses in Colón
• Cover community engagement and logistics costs
• Create intentional, respectful connections between travelers and the local community

This fund allows Flava Fest to move beyond surface-level experiences and invest directly in the communities we engage with.

There is no requirement to donate to attend any Flava Fest events. This is simply an opportunity to give, if you feel called to.
