Ho’oponopono is a simple yet profound practice that can complement all stages of your journey toward self-discovery, awakening and living as effortless awareness.
Rooted in Hawaiian tradition, Ho’oponopono was originally designed to restore and maintain harmony within families by addressing the core of relationship challenges. Today, it has evolved into a powerful tool for personal healing and transformation.
At its core, Ho’oponopono is based on the belief that only the Creator has the power to heal and transmute our suffering.
Through this practice, we consciously initiate that healing, supported by a deeper understanding of our conscious, subconscious (Little Self), and superconscious mind (our Higher Self).
Remember, Ho’oponopono doesn’t just find us; we are led to it when we’re ready.
I’m excited to guide you through this transformative journey!
