An extra-cushioned yoga mat or a meditation chair.
Feel free to bring water and a journal + pen to take notes.
This session will take place in the open-air loft at Soul Barn. Please check the forecast and dress accordingly.
IMPORTANT: We invite you to arrive 5–10 minutes early to find your seat, use the restroom, and ease into a peaceful state before we begin. To honor the container we’re creating together, doors will close promptly at 10 AM and late entry will not be possible once the session has started.
