🥦 Eat Smart, Live Strong — Starting This October!

Cal Fresh, a Los Angeles County program, is helping adults 60+ boost their nutrition and stay active with a free 4-week program at Legacy Commons. This series promotes healthy aging by encouraging more fruits, veggies and movement!
