Managers today face complex challenges: guiding teams, handling difficult conversations, and inspiring trust across languages and cultures.
This two-day program combines international leadership insights (English) with real-life role play in Spanish, giving participants a unique opportunity to practice and reflect in a safe, supportive environment.

Learning Outcomes

You will:

• Revisit the fundamentals of management: meetings, one-to-ones, evaluations, and feedback conversations
• Strengthen their communication presence and leadership posture
• Practice feedback and conflict situations through live role play with a professional actor (in Spanish)
• Learn to differentiate facts, opinions, and emotions in conversations
• Leave with a personal action plan to embody the leader they want to become

Methodology

• Day 1: participative, interactive, practice-based learning in English
• Day 2: experiential learning with professional actor role play in Spanish (safe environment, guided debrief in English)
• Use of peer feedback, role play, and coaching questions to deepen learning
• High energy, safe space for experimentation

Trainers

Thomas Silvie – Coach & Trainer (English/French/Spanish)
20+ years in hospitality and management, certified coach and facilitator. Designs bilingual, experiential workshops that make leadership practical and impactful.

Guest Actor (Spanish-speaking) – Professional actor-trainer specialized in role play for leadership training. Brings difficult situations to life, helping managers train in safe but realistic conditions.

Afternoon

• Practicing key managerial situations (in English): one-to-ones, team briefings, feedback conversations

• Introduction to emotions in leadership conversations

• Listening & questioning exercises: separating facts, opinions, and feelings
