Looking for a gentle daytime reset that doesn’t involve talking, fixing, or figuring anything out?

Creative Flow Thursdays is a relaxed, come-as-you-are creative experience where we use intuitive doodling, color, and playful mark-making to calm the nervous system and let creativity flow — no art skills required.

This is not an art class. There’s no pressure, and no “right way” to do it. You’ll be gently guided with simple prompts while you explore lines, shapes, and colors at your own pace.

Some days are calm and grounding. Some are expressive and energizing. All are judgment-free and beginner-friendly.
