Join Christine for a rejuvenating 90-minute morning practice designed to gently awaken your body and mind as the sun rises. This all-levels class blends mindful movement with breath-focused flow and a grounding meditation to set a peaceful, energized tone for your day.
Begin with gentle movements and progress to more fluid sequences to increase circulation and flexibility, followed by a guided meditation to calm the mind and cultivate intention. As the morning light fills the space, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to meet the day with purpose.
