Stretch and Paint

Learn how to get a good stretch from the comfort of your chair while painting pumpkins with Xenia and Amber!

This fun, interactive workshop will guide you through a series of gentle, effective stretching positions that can be achieved from the comfort of your seat - no one-way trips to the floor required!

Whether you have limited mobility, or are tied to your desk at work, this class will provide you with great techniques to help maintain healthy posture and muscle flexibility.

To welcome the Fall season, we will also be painting adorable pumpkins that you may take home after class.
