💙Payment is nonrefundable and your reservation can only be used for the date it was purchased for. No shows and late arrivals denied entry, no credit given. Door opens 20 minutes before start time, and locked 5 minutes after. This is for the safety and comfort of all attendees , please do not knock, ring bell, or try to enter after start time. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis for showing up late depending on what we are starting with, and with a phone call to 3862372920. Also, case by case basis for last minute emergency cancellations, about a credit for future use. ***If wanting to use the bay leaf burning ceremony station, this can be done in that 20 minutes before!
