Bridge to Fitness Walking Club

Cedar Bridge Foundation is excited to invite you to our Bridge to Fitness Walking Club, created for adults with exceptional needs and unique abilities, as well as their parents and caregivers.

Bridge to Fitness is about more than exercise, it’s about promoting healthy habits, encouraging wellness, and creating opportunities for social connection within our community. Walking together helps build confidence, independence, and friendships while enjoying the beauty of Flagler County’s trails.

For September, our walks will take us through two of our community’s most scenic spots: Waterfront Park Trail and Linear Park Trail.

Bring water, wear comfortable shoes, and join us as we move forward together toward health, connection, and fun!
