Sound Meditation Fundraiser for the Humane Society

Join us for the HSTC’s first ever sound meditation event on Thursday, September 4 at 11am.

This hour-long class performed by Sound Cascade will feature gongs, crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls and a variety of other cascading sounds to soothe the mind, body and spirit.

Doors will open at 10:30am and class will start promptly at 11.

Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket to the event. Class is limited to 20 participants and tickets are $35. A percentage of proceeds raised from this event will benefit the shelter animals, but please note animals will not be participating in the event.
