Reality-Based Self-Defense for Women

Join us Saturday September 27th from 9:00am to 12:00pm for a Women's Self-Defense class at Palm Beach Jiu-Jitsu Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL!


One out of every three women in the United States will experience a violent incident in their lifetime. Our aim is to give women the opportunity to effectively combat real-world violence. This course is designed to help you acquire the essential skills to protect yourself from a violent assailant by teaching you how to recognize potential threats and providing you with the knowledge and techniques to ensure a safe escape.
