Hometown Heroes Appreciation Day

Event opens to our Heroes and Science Center Members at 9am

The Cox Science Center and Aquarium is celebrating Veterans, Active Duty Military, First Responders and Gold Star Families.

Hometown Heroes include:
Free admission for Veterans, Active Duty Military, First Responders, Gold Star Families, and up to 4 guests. Heroes must provide valid I.D. Advanced registration required.

To salute our Hometown Heroes, we are celebrating by offering special activities like:
· Welcome Ceremony at 9:45am
· Military vehicle demos
· Meet and greet with local armed forces
· Live Science demonstrations
· Lunch provided for Heroes and their Families

Event opens to our Heroes and Science Center members at 9am and the general public at 10am and is included with regular admission. Food trucks will be on site, snacks & refreshments will be available for purchase to the public.
