Full Moon Balance Flow

Join us for an evening of Marra - an intuitive, somatic based flow similar to yoga, where we'll reconnect to the body, release energetic blocks, and build balance gently. This is a beginner friendly class, with modifiable movement.

After reconnecting to the body, we'll end the evening with a meditation designed to help you align with your highest self.

Connect with nature, breathe in the salty air, and flow with the energy of the moon. Let's come together as a community to find peace and harmony in this beautiful setting. Don't miss out on this unique experience!

Bring a yoga mat, or ground into the sand!

**We'll be just south of the beach entrance across from Gulfstream Road in Palm Beach. Cross the bridge at Royal Palm Way (Okeechobee) and turn right on S Ocean Blvd. Parlkon the southern end of public parking, and find our circle of candles directly on the beach!
