Intro to Aerial Silks or Aerial Hoop (Lyra)

Curious to explore the world of Aerial Arts? This class offers the perfect introductions to the magic of a) Silks or b) Hoop (Lyra) allowing you to experience the discipline's unique beauty and challenges. You will learn the basic foundational skills that form the heart of these arts. For example, Silks will focus on essential techniques like climbing, foot locks, hip holds, and a knot inversion. In Hoop (Lyra), you will discover elegant entrances and exits, poses both inside and under the hoop, and begin crafting your very own routine to perform. As a fun bonus, you’ll have the opportunity to spin and experience the thrill of movement at the end.

This class is optional prior to registering for your 8-Week Aerial Series.
