Windermere is offering six therapeutic sessions at no cost for impacted residents.
The journalling sessions can support you to:
• reclaim your narrative
• process emotions safely
• identify patterns & triggers
• future preparedness
• what to do in an emergency
• increase community connection through participation in program
When: Six fortnightly sessions every Thursday commencing Thursday 4 September
Time: 10.30am – 12.30pm
Where: Outlook Community Centre, 24 Toomuc Valley Rd, Pakenham VIC 3810
Who can attend: Community members aged 18 and above who have been impacted by Disaster.
Sessions will include:
• the benefits of journaling
• resources and recovery materials to keep
• a space to be creative
• morning tea provided
• journal and pen to keep
