Women's drum circle incorporating Shamanic Healing

In this afternoon circle we will be drumming as well as learning and practising Shamanic healing.
No experience of drumming or healing is necessary.
This is about trying something new whilst re remembering who we are and what we are innately capable of.
You will be gently guided and supported as we connect to ourselves, each other and spirit.
Feel free to bring anything that is personal to you to put on the altar or anything that will help you feel more comfortable like warm, fluffy socks 😁
