The opportunity for any adult to try some scottish country dancing, with some easy dances. All instructions will be given. No previous experience required. Very similar to ceilidh dancing.

Scottish Dancing will boost your mood and help your fitness; its a workout for your brain and is great way of making new friends (especially if you are shy), as we change partners for every dance.

In the Dance Studio at South Devon College, located at the back of the main building in Long Road. Free parking.

Cost £3 per person.

Bring your own cold or hot drink. A water fountain is available near the room.

Wear soft shoes or trainers to make it easier to dance on your toes. Wear comfy clothes with layers as we usually get quite warm.
